Organization StaffExecutive Director- Lauren WeinerLauren Weiner took over as Executive Director of Colorado Springs Youth Sports, Inc. in May 2009. Originally from Maryland, Weiner graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Sports Studies from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA. While at Mount Holyoke, Lauren achieved the distinctions of National All-American, National Academic All-American and Mount Holyoke’s Scholar Athlete of the Year as she played field hockey for the Lyons. Weiner also competed as a four-year starter for the Mount Holyoke softball team. Weiner continued her education at Montclair State University in New Jersey, pursuing a Master’s in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Administration. During that time, Weiner served as the assistant field hockey and lacrosse coach at Montclair, taking on fundraising and tournament coordination responsibilities. Operations Director- Vicki MartinSince 2002, Vicki Martin has served as Facilities Director for the park. Vicki is the contact person for information regarding tournaments, games, scrimmage, and practice scheduling. She also handles the accounts receivables, invoicing, and all bookkeeping. Vicki truly enjoys working with all of the clubs, leagues, coaches, parents, and youth who utilize the park.
